Remember when you had to do a writing project in school and spend hours at the local library? Now everything you need to know is available at the push of a few buttons on your keypad. So with all this information, why don’t we feel better about ourselves? Why is suicide still a major killer among our youth? Why do people still get divorces? And why is crime still escalating?

From time to time, we all feel lost, overwhelmed, and boxed in with no way out. When we feel this way, we tend to lose all perspective and eventually HOPE.

That’s why God gave us His Word, the Bible. It is our Road Map, our Guidebook, our Flashlight. It shines a bright light on the path that meanders through this dark world. Take some time everyday to read the Bible. Familiarize yourself with the map God has left for you. The more time you spend studying the map, the less you will feel lost in the confusion of the world.
